Snorkel professionals will teach us the basics of snorkeling before we explore the Caribbean to discover tropical fish and other types of amazing marine life below the surface. This lovely restaurant, located right by the pool, boasts a spectacular view of the Caribbean while supplying us with all of our beach and poolside nourishment. We won’t even have to leave our beach chairs as we choose from a menu of light fare including a fresh ceviche bar, salads, an assortment of American favorites and regional Mexican dishes.
